What's your personal Social Media Strategy? Do you even have one?

I think it is safe to say that most of us are simply "All over the place" on the web. It started with a single email address over a decade ago and grew to what it is now... a disorganized array of countless accounts that have left your virtual footprints all over the web. Don't worry, you are not alone in this as this seems to fit most folks on the web. Social Media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter have now pushed this web identity discussion to the forefront as the consumer adoption of such channels have caught the eyes of corporations trying to reach consumers in a new way. So what does this mean to you? well... for one thing, it means that when you apply to a job, your CV will not necessarily be your calling card anymore. Have you googgled yourself lately? does what you found reflect the image you want to project? Well, it is time to start thinking about establishing a web personal presence that fulfills how you want to be seen in the world.
